I graduated Murdoch University as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in January 2019 and started this business to provide exercise physiology services in a way that is accessible to all.

I recognise some people experience difficulty accessing exercise for various reasons including those who cannot use standard gym equipment, have limited transport available, or don’t feel confident to exercise safely on their own. I aim to work with clients to improve their knowledge and self-confidence in managing their health and wellbeing.

In my spare time, I am usually training for a triathlon or adventure holiday.

I graduated Murdoch University as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in February 2024. My passion for exercise as medicine began when I first started going to the gym as a teenager. I noticed a great improvement in my mental and physical health and strength training became my hobby. After sustaining a knee injury, exercise became a vital tool in improving my function and strength, allowing me to return to the exercise I love. Because of my positive personal experience, I enjoy educating others on the benefits of exercise. Everyone is unique in their goals and ability, so it is important to me to produce tailored exercise programs that support individuals in achieving their goals with activities they enjoy.

In my spare time I am usually at the gym, catching up with friends or at the beach with a good book.
